The Montgomery Business Association (MBA) and The Montgomery-Rocky Hill Rotary (Rotary) are pleased to announce the return of two iconic community events happening together on one day.
“Montgomery FunFest is a dynamic event that brings the entire community together for a great day of family, food, fun and live entertainment, and being able to combine this event with the Run With Rotary creates even more positive energy to this great event!” said James Danner, president of the MBA, FunFest Co-Chair and owner of Red Barn Printing. “Thanks to the strong support of our local businesses, organizations, school clubs and sports organizations, FunFest and Run With Rotary have become town tradition not to be missed.”
The Run With Rotary & Montgomery FunFest joint event will be held in Skillman Park (Main Blvd.) off Route 601, in the Skillman section of Montgomery, on April 30, starting at 8:30 am. Featuring a 5K run, one-mile ramble, games, live music, food vendors, arts/crafts, a 50/50 raffle, local EMS & Fire crews and much more, the event promises to be lively and fun for all ages.
Runner registration, for both individuals and teams, is available on-line until April 26 at 11:59 pm, at montgomeryrotary.org , or in person the day of the race, beginning at 8:30 am. A one-mile ramble starts at 10:00 am, and the 5K run begins at 10:35 am, with all FunFest activities, games and events starting at 10:00 am, ending at 3:00 pm.
